Health Shield's voluntary Corporate Scheme offers discounted rates for your employees and their families. Coupled with benefitting from contributions that are lower than our Direct Scheme, your employees can also claim 100% refunds of their everyday healthcare treatment costs up to their chosen annual limits.
Our healthcare cash plan provides cover for all kinds of everyday healthcare needs
Employees can claim refunds for dental and optical charges, physiotherapy, complementary therapies, specialist consultations and associated tests, chiropody and health screening. They can also receive cash payments for hospital inpatient, hospital day-case admission and hospital parental stay.
A choice of five different contribution levels
Each of these levels has the choice of 'Cover for You' or 'Cover for You and Your Partner', helping to meet employees' needs and budget. Dependent children are covered on both plans.
Health Shield's contributions and benefits table allows members to see at a glance the amounts they can claim back at each level of cover. For extra simplicity our annual claims year runs from 1st January to 31st December, meaning that benefits are refreshed each calendar year.
