Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Please read this information carefully.

This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over except for employees of Health Shield Friendly Society Limited, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion. You do not need to buy anything to enter.

Entry to the competition is dependant on providing the following information: name, job title, company, e-mail address, workplace address and contact telephone number. Closing date for entries is midday Thursday 4th December 2008.

Health Shield Friendly Society Limited may use the collected data from entrants for future promotions and news updates.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

The draw will be made on Friday 5th December 2008.

There are three prizes, each consisting of the following: one Nintendo Wii and one Nintendo Wii Fit.

The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within 72 hours of the actual draw date.

No alternative prizes are available and the prizes are not transferable.

For winner's details please send an email to: lrendell@healthshield.co.uk within 28 days of the draw date.

The winners may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.

By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.
