What's included?

Online Occupational Health Questionnaires
Nightworker Health
Employees working after 11pm and before 6am should be offered a Night Worker Health Questionnaire every year to allow the employer to determine whether night work is impacting on the employee's health.
Musculoskeletal Risk
Musculoskeletal injuries are one of the leading reasons for absence in the UK. This questionnaire allows employers to conduct a risk review for employees who have musculoskeletal problems or who are exposed to musculoskeletal risks.
Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS)
HAVS is a key area for claims against employers and there are statutory requirements for HAVS reviews to be conducted for employees who are exposed to vibrating machinery.
Display System Equipment (DSE)
Employees working with DSE have a statutory right to be offered a DSE assessment every year.
Hearing Assessment
Loss of hearing is one of the leading reasons for employee claims against employers. The Hearing Assessment Questionnaire enables employers to gauge the risk of any employee in terms of hearing loss.
New & Expectant Mothers
Once an employer has been advised that an employee is expecting a baby the employer should conduct a risk assessment to ensure the workplace is not putting the mother or baby at risk.
Respiratory Surveillance
Respiratory issues are one of the leading reasons for employee claims against employers. The Respiratory Surveillance Questionnaire enables employers to gauge the risk of any employee in terms of respiratory illnesses.
Travel Health Assessment
Employees travelling abroad, do so on behalf of their employer. The employer has an obligation to ensure that the employee has taken all the necessary action to avoid health issues whilst travelling abroad.
Homeworker Health
Employees working with DSE have a statutory right to be offered a DSE assessment every year and that equally applies to employees working from home. This is a DSE assessment with a specific slant on homeworking.
New Starter Health Questionnaires
Once someone has been offered a job contract, the employer is within their rights to ask about any health issues to determine whether any adjustments are required in the workplace. The employee doesn't have to complete the questionnaire but in our experience this is the best time to determine whether the employer needs to be aware of any health problems.
