The Health Shield Wellbeing Benchmark is a comprehensive framework to audit workplace wellbeing focusing on systems, structures, and ways of working to act as a roadmap to make improvements.
The Benchmark has nine work areas, making it easy to see an overview by area and dive into the detail of what works, where the gaps are and what to do next.
Your organisation will receive an overall score and a detailed analysis by work area. The team at Health Shield will set you a bespoke target score to hit, with recommendations of how to do it.

Wellbeing Consultant Support: Half-day
Delivered face-to-face or online
Flexible time with our consultants to meet your organisation's requirements.
An introductory call is made to understand your needs and to plan the meeting. Topics such as wellbeing issues, policy development or support to plan projects are supported by our consultants.
Our consultant will then deliver a 2-hour meeting (on-site or on-line) on the topic relevant to the organisation.
Wellbeing Consultant Support: Full-day
Delivered face-to-face or online
Flexible time with our consultants to meet your organisation's requirements such as facilitated workshops, policy development, assess current practice or assist with strategy development.
An introductory call is made to understand your needs and to plan the day. Our consultant will then deliver a half-day meeting (on-site or on-line) on the topic relevant to the organisation.
The consultant will follow-up the day with a written report and call.
