Tips for your Health Check
Here are some handy tips for Enlighten Health Checks:
- Fast for 4 hours prior to your appointment.
- Please consume at least 500mls of water half an hour prior to your appointment.
- For the check, our practitioner will require employees to remove their footwear. We recommend not wearing tights for the session.
- Please collect a urine sample bottle from outside the allocated health check room prior to your appointment and bring the sample with you to your appointment.

How to book your Health Check
Your can book your appointment by registering on the booking portal. Just a heads-up, cash plan members will need to register separately for the health check booking portal, even if they already have a cash plan login. Once you are in the booking portal, then it is just three simple steps to completing your booking.

- Select your Health Check and any extra modules
- Select a suitable date and time
You’ll receive an email confirmation of your booking details. Make sure you remember your password for accessing your confidential health report afterwards.
